Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.- less then 24 hours notice will be charged 25$.NO shows will be charged 50% of there service. Any and all services my require a credit card hold or deposit from 25-100$ depending on service booked. A cancellation policy allows us the time to contact our standby guests of any availability.
